Who can apply?

To be eligible for the OTIP Bursary Program, you must meet the following criteria at the time of selection:

• You or a relative must be insured through a plan or program offered by OTIP.
• The student must be a full-time or part-time post-secondary (college, university, skilled trades, or technology) program for the 2026-2027 academic year.
