ORBA scholarships are presented annually to two high school who are enrolled in a civil engineering program at an Ontario university or a civil technology or technician program at an Ontario college. The recipients are recognized at ORBA's annual Convention.

1) ORBA Civil Engineering Technology Scholarship

The ORBA Civil Technology Scholarship is awarded annually to a student graduating from an Ontario high school and entering their first year of a program in Civil Technology at an Ontario College.

2) ORBA Civil Engineering Scholarship

The ORBA Civil Engineering Scholarship is awarded annually to a student graduating from an Ontario high school and entering their first year of a program in Civil Engineering at an Ontario University.
