Scholarship Categories

STEM

are you studying STEM (Science, technology, engineering, or match academic disciplines related to our industry? You can apply! STEM plays a big role in our energy future, and we want to hear from you about your community involvement, leadership and volunteerism.

Indigenous Legacy

If you are an Indigenous student (First Nation, Metis, Inuit, or Non-Status) pursuing any full-time, post-secondary program at a registered education institute, you have the opportunity to apply for funding.

Trades

Building our energy infrastructure requires skilled trade professionals. Students enrolled in the qualifying trades program at a registered education institute (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, welding, or pipe fitting and more) are encouraged to apply!

Basic scholarship criteria

• Enrolled in a post-secondary institution for the upcoming academic year
• A citizen or permanent resident of Canada
• Located in a community near TC Energy's operations or projects
• Would benefit from supplementary education funding
