About Concordia University College of Alberta
Concordia University College of Alberta is a Canadian private university that was founded in 1921 by the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod to prepare young men for preaching and teaching Christian ministries.

Throughout its history, Concordia has remained grounded in the belief that the Christian faith gives purpose to life and that success depends upon spiritual maturity. Concordia fosters a Christian lifestyle on campus and encourages a dual commitment to academic excellence and religious vitality.

At Concordia you will not only learn the old and the new, but you will also walk through the old and the new: heritage facilities such as Schwermann Hall and state-of-the-art facilities such as the new Hole Academic Centre. In between you will find buildings and spaces that have been designed with a view to make your education and life at Concordia rewarding in so many ways: the Arnold Guebert Library is an integral part of the NEOS library system in Alberta, which gives you access to hundreds of thousands of books and other written and audio/visual resources; tremendously helpful library staff will assist you in becoming adept at being a skilled researcher.
